A sample says more than a thousand words. That’s why we at Pleuger have found a new way to present our solutions for filling pipes and turned nozzles even more clearly: with a compact sample block made of high-quality acrylic glass! It neatly and elegantly showcases a range of pipe types and outlet variants.
What makes it special: In addition to standard components, the sample block also features a hardened tip that can be screwed onto a filling pipe – making it significantly more robust and durable compared to conventional designs. Machine manufacturers can spot the difference immediately when looking at the sample block, often sparking new ideas for their own applications.
We recently shipped such a sample block to a customer – an Italian machine manufacturer – for the very first time. The response was swift: impressed by the tangible presentation, the company was eager to test several of the showcased options in real-world conditions right away.
This experience once again confirms what we already know: there’s a big difference between merely talking about possibilities and actually being able to see and touch them. That’s why we’re planning to send our sample blocks to additional selected customers in the future – to give them a hands-on experience of the variety and quality of our solutions.
